Julia U. // Regulatory Compliance
Julia has 18 years experience in various roles at FINRA (previously NASD) and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is an expert in FINRA’s Nine Risk Hierarchy and currently serves as a FINRA arbitrator. Julia has been consulting in the digital asset securities space since early 2018.
Hunter J. // Regulatory Technologist
For more than 20 years Hunter has been at the forefront of the software design and development industry, a true pioneer in web and mobile application development. His specialty is simplifying digital strategies for web and mobile blockchain experiences to successfully drive user engagement and ROI. He is highly experienced with building platforms in highly regulated environments for clients including Microsoft, Cisco, Samsung and the Department of Defense.
Matt E. // Regulatory Compliance
Matt is a former FINRA regulator and auditor and has been involved with blockchain and digital assets since early 2017. Prior to consulting in the digital asset securities space, Matt served as Chief Compliance Officer to an SEC registered investment adviser which launched the first blockchain ETF in partnership with Nasdaq alongside several crypto hedge funds.
Steven W. // CISSP, CBP
Steven has more than two decades of experience in information security having overseen the information security programs for several highly regulated, tech-forward companies both in and out of the digital asset space. He began working with Bitcoin in 2011 and is an expert in the areas of distributed and decentralized systems, and blockchain technologies. Steven is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP).
